How does the White-Glove Delivery and Installation work?

What is covered under the Orivon Factory Warranty?

Every Orivon asset is backed by a comprehensive, complimentary Factory Warranty (5 Years for the Auris Barrel Saunas; 1 Year for the Frost Cold Plunge and Lumin Infrared lines). This covers the structural integrity of the premium wood or acrylic vessels, as well as all internal mechanical and thermodynamic components.

Will professional installation affect my warranty status?

Utilizing our Factory-Certified Installation Network ensures that your asset is deployed in absolute compliance with factory standards from day one. Orivon’s warranty explicitly excludes damage caused by improper or uncertified independent assembly, so our turn-key service completely protects your investment and ensures your warranty umbrella remains fully secure.

How do I file a warranty claim if an issue arises?

In the elite event that your system requires structural or technical attention, we handle the friction for you. You can contact our concierge team directly or reach out to sales@orivonwellness.com with your name, order number, and a brief description with photos/videos. The engineering team will review the claim to coordinate seamless replacement parts or full system mitigation.
