Refund policy
1. THE EXECUTIVE QUALITY GUARANTEE At Executive Home & Wellness, we curate only the highest-tier recovery assets. Because our products are specialized wellness equipment, our return policy is designed to protect the integrity of our inventory and the health of our clients.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Condition: Returns are only accepted for units that are in brand-new, uninstalled, and unopened condition.
Sanitation Clause: For health and safety reasons, any cold plunge that has been filled with water or any sauna that has been heated is strictly non-returnable.
Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
3. THE CANCELLATION PROTOCOL
The 24-Hour Window: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
Post-24 Hour Fee: Any cancellation requested after 24 hours but prior to shipment is subject to a 5% administrative fee. This covers non-refundable credit card and financing processing fees that are not returned to the merchant.
4. RETURN LOGISTICS & RECOVERY FEES
Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover the specialized labor required for multi-point quality inspections and warehouse reintegration.
Freight Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for arranging and paying for return freight shipping. Given the weight and dimensions of our units, return shipping costs typically range between $500 and $1,500+ depending on your location.
5. FREIGHT INSPECTION MANDATE (IMPORTANT)
Point of Delivery: All units must be inspected for external damage before signing the carrier’s Bill of Lading.
Refusal of Shipment: If the crate is visibly damaged, you must note "Damaged" on the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment. Failure to note damage at the time of delivery may result in the denial of a damage claim.
