SHIPPING & ESTATE DEPLOYMENT POLICY
Welcome to our Luxury Collection. We are committed to delivering an uncompromising, white-glove procurement experience from initial allocation to final on-site staging. Please review our deployment procedures below regarding the transit, handling, and certified installation of your investment.
1. ORDER PROCESSING & ALLOCATION TIMES

Allocation Window: All orders are officially processed and factory-allocated within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Cut-Off Hours: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will enter the allocation queue the following business day.

Tracking Strategy: Once your asset has cleared factory processing and logistics routing, you will receive a formal confirmation email containing secure freight tracking data.
2. DEPLOYMENT METHODS & CONCIERGE SHIPPING COSTS

Domestic Staging (US & Canada): All domestic freight shipping, specialized heavy-crate transit, and certified white-glove setup are fully integrated into your procurement cost (Complimentary).

International Allocations: For luxury estates located outside of the United States and Canada, a flat ocean/air freight routing fee of $2,999 is applied.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY & ON-SITE ASSEMBLY WINDOWS
Because our luxury assets require specialized heavy-freight handling and certified on-site technicians rather than standard commercial drop-shipping, we utilize a precise, secure transit pipeline:

Processing Time: 3–5 Business Days

White-Glove Transit & Technical Staging: 15–60 Business Days

Total Estimated Delivery Window: 18–65 Business Days
Our dedicated logistics team will remain in direct communication with you throughout this window to coordinate the exact date and arrival time for our factory-certified technicians to assemble and test your system on your estate.
4. ADDRESS MODIFICATIONS & RE-ROUTING
To request a structural change to your delivery address or to update estate gate-access instructions, please contact our concierge team immediately. While we will make every strategic effort to accommodate your logistical adjustment, routing adjustments cannot be guaranteed or altered once the freight carrier has locked in the transit manifest.
5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Due to the immediate capital allocation required to secure these premier systems directly from the manufacturer, orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered processing or factory fabrication. To request a cancellation, please connect with our customer support office immediately.
